Please read our policies before placing your order.


Custom Ordering

  • Please provide as much detail as possible when sending your initial inquiry! This helps the booking process move forward smoothly.

  • We do not offer character/animated/cartoon themed cakes.

  • We do not create fondant covered cakes or detailed fondant figurines. However, we may use fondant to create small decorations only.

  • Inquiries must be sent via the contact form on our website (the big “Contact Us” button) or via Instagram DM.

  • The flavors and treats on our menu are the only flavors and treats we offer at this time.

  • Photos of your order will not be sent prior to pickup/delivery.


Payment & Booking

  • In order to secure your date and booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

  • Invoice is the only accepted form of payment at this time. An invoice will be sent via email at the time of booking.

  • Invoice payments will include a 4% payment processing fee to cover crebit/debit fees.

  • If deposit is not paid, your order has not been placed and is not in our schedule.

  • If a deposit payment is not made within 3 days, your date risks being filled.

  • Remaining balance of your order must be paid 3 days prior to your event date. If payment is not made or payment fails, you will be unable to pickup or have your order delivered until payment is made.


Cancellations & Refunds

  • Any cancellations must be made 7 days prior to event date. If remaining balance was paid or order was paid for in full, a 50% refund will be honored. (Deposit is non-refundable as previously stated).

  • Refunds are only given if order is cancelled 7 days prior to event, or if we made a mistake on your order on our end. In that case, we will determine a fair amount for a refund.

  • If you simply do not like your order (taste, texture, etc.), no refunds will be given.


Pickup & Delivery

  • If picking up your order, please arrive on time (at the agreed upon time) to our location in Aliso Viejo, CA.

  • If you arrive for pickup late with no notice, we may not be there to hand off your order.

  • Delivery will be $2/mile.

  • If the pickup/delivery time we agreed upon no longer works for you, please let us know with as much advance as possible.

  • Someone must be around to claim your delivery order. Deliveries will not be left unattended. In the event no one is around to accept your order, you may pickup your order that day from Aliso Viejo. Delivery fee will not be refunded.


Client Responsibility & Transport

  • If picking up, it is the client’s responsibility to transport the products. Treats By Rylee will not be held responsible for any potential damages occurring during transport.

  • Products containing buttercream are very fragile. Please handle with care.

  • To ensure safe transport of your products: turn on your vehicle’s AC before picking up, drive carefully, avoid sharp turns and hard braking, store your cake on a flat surface (passenger side floor is best) or in the trunk, store cake in refrigerator until 1 hour prior to serving, avoid leaving treats in the sun for extended periods of time.
